Canton offers three dining areas with distinctive, sophisticated design suitable for all occasions. The main dining area is contemporary and elegant featuring two gold-leaf glass dividers etched in Chinese with matching flooring designed in a traditional Chinese pattern, combining granite, wood and brass. Cozy balcony seating overlooks the double-height lobby and presents stunning views of Shanghai and beyond. Six private rooms of varying sizes are available for exclusive entertainment, all offering striking views of the city. The largest private room can seat up to 34 guests.
The décor of Canton is a seamless fusion of Chinese motifs and western designs. Oval hammered silver bowls and unique crackled chinaware is accompanied by an elegant silverware stand, holding cherry wood silver-tipped chopsticks and silver spoons, and silver tea glasses paired with black porcelain teapots encased in hammered silver containers.
